Is there a free trial?

Yes — 7 days, on either plan. We do ask for a card up front so the workspace flips to active automatically on day 7. Cancel anytime before then and you won't be charged.

What counts as an 'active vendor'?

A vendor is active if it's assigned to at least one project that is currently open. Archived projects and archived vendors do not count toward the limit.

What if I outgrow my plan?

We won't lock the workspace. You'll get an in-app prompt to upgrade, and we'll reach out to make the move painless.

Can I cancel?

Cancel anytime from Settings. Annual plans get a prorated refund for unused months in the first 30 days.

Do you offer discounts for design partners?

Yes — see the Concierge Pilot option below. We work with a small number of GCs who want hands-on validation before going self-serve.
